Made from my one of a kind pattern welded steel pattern, this chef is 7” long and has a 2” heel height. Little different geometry on this, having a nice thin spine the whole way down the blade, but still holds ridged down at the tip. Kitchen tested and this thing cuts like a dream. I approve.
Cocobolo handle and a dyed maple spacer, contoured for comfort in every grip. This one will make me sad when it goes, but someone is going to be very happy.
