My most intricate damascus to date. Through multiple stages of pattern development I was able to create this one of a kind kitchen knife. With a repeating pattern, that still feels organic with the subtle distortion from the forging process this is made to be a work of art in your kitchen. But not only is it striking in appearance, but it performs with an aggressive taper, and convex edge geometry and a longer flatter ege for dicing and push cuts. And it features a new steel on the market to knifemakers called ‘Procut’ that yields better wear resistance than damascus makers have been using for years.
A maple handle with trustone spacer is sculpted to hold your hand back as you grip it.
One of a kind.
